Do you feel like the leadership around you, or maybe even your own is... somehow vague.
Like - People don't talk about the real issues. Or they might try and resign soon after because nothing changes. Noncommittal speak is big, because you need a loophole for a fast exit if need be.
There are so. many. rules. and if you're honest you don't really understand them? What you do know is that you shall not be blamed / "made responsible", so you play the game - to some degree anyway.
The game where stuff sounds impressive and big, and powerful. But really, what it does is to confuse us all.
